Is Nikkia Joy Cosmetics cruelty free?
We LOVE animals and are proud to announce that our products are 100% cruelty free! We do not use animal products or test any of our products on animals. Our Faux Mink and 3D Silk lashes give the same fluttery look as Mink Lashes - except without the Mink! HOORAY!!
Where are you located?
Nikkia Joy Cosmetics is located in Melbourne, Australia. All packages are shipped with love by our Australian team in Melbourne.
Do you sell glue?
At this time we currently do not stock glue on our website. We recommend using Ardell or Duo lash adhesives to apply your lashes. More information can be found over on our APPLICATION TIPS page.
Are your lashes latex free?
Our lashes are latex free however we use a small amount of latex based glue to attach the lash to the tray. This glue is designed to be removed prior to lash application. Please refer to the APPLICATION tips page for glue removal instructions and further information.
Why am I being charged in US dollars?
Our international store charges all orders in US dollars at the time of checkout. Please use our currency converter tab on the top right hand side of the screen to show product pricing in your local currency. Your bank will convert your purchase from US dollars to your local currency when processed.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We offer international shipping at a flat rate of $10 USD. Please note that to keep shipping rates as low as possible, by default our international packages do not include tracking. Estimated delivery time for most international orders is 10-14 business days. If you would like to request tracking at an additional charge please contact us prior to making your order and someone from our friendly customer service team will be able to provide you with a quote.
When will my order be shipped?
We ship on all business days and all orders submitted before 12pm AEST (6pm PST) will be shipped on the same day. Orders submitted after this time will be processed the next day.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Domestic orders shipped within Australia usually take 2-3 business days to arrive. Please allow 6-14 business days for international orders. Please also note that your country may hold your parcel in customs for a number of days (this can sometimes extend the delivery time to 40 days), and unfortunately this is out of our control once your package leaves Australia. If you placed an order and it has not arrived within the above time frames please contact us so we can assist.
Incorrect Addresses & Unclaimed Parcels
Please be sure to double check your address when submitting your order as we ship to the exact address that is provided. If your parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address you will be required to pay a reshipment fee to have your parcel delivered a second time. If you make a mistake when ordering please contact us ASAP and our customer service team may be able to assist with amending your information.
Nikkia Joy Cosmetics cannot take responsibility for any customs or import duty/VAT fees that may occur once your parcel reaches your country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the order directly to your country's customs service. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and as customs fees differ between countries we are also unable to tell you how much these will be. We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to ordering goods online, so you are not surprised by any unexpected charges.

Please contact us within 5 business days if your parcel arrives damaged, so we can get in contact with our courier and delivery agents. Please photograph and keep all of the packaging, as the courier company will request to see evidence of damaged goods. Our friendly customer service team will assist you through this process.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Nikkia Joy Cosmetics take pride in its stringent quality control procedures and strives to provide our customers with only the highest quality products. If however, you are dissatisfied with your products on arrival please contact us within 10 business day via the CONTACT US page on our website and someone from our friendly customer service team will assist you ASAP. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds/exchanges for change of mind returns.
Do you offer any discounts?
Nikkia Joy Cosmetics occasionally offers discounts coupons as well as regular sales on products. To see what coupon codes may be currently available please visit @nikkiajoycosmetics on Instagram. We are looking at developing a PRO program for industry professionals that will allow bulk purchasing and discounts - please stay tuned while we perfect this!
