Pre-Order Terms & Condition
1. Pre-Order Acceptance
a. By purchasing a Pre-order item, you accept Pre-order Terms and Conditions as follow.
b. All pre-orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of pre-order items.
2. Product Details and Changes
a. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any significant changes to pre-order customers.
3. Orders Containing Multiple Products
a. All orders containing a Pre-order item will be held in there entirety until the Pre Order item is available.
b. Once a Pre-order item is available, all orders containing the item will be shipped out, including all other items contained in the order.
4. Splitting of Orders
a. If an order contains multiple items, the purchaser may contact customer service and request to have their order split and items shipped separately as per the following:
- orders below $100 will incur an additional $7 shipping fee
- orders above $100 will incur no additional charges
5. Payment
a. Payment is required in full at the time of placing a pre-order.
b. The pre-order payment is processed immediately, even if the product is not available for immediate delivery.
6. Order Changes and Cancellations
a. Pre-orders can be cancelled at any time and a full refund will be issued provided the Pre-order has not already been shipped and is in transit at the time of the refund request.
b. Any Pre-orders subject to a chargeback claim will not be shipped out until the claim is settled by either the financial institution, or directly between NJC and the purchaser.
7. Estimated Delivery Dates
a. Estimated delivery dates for pre-order items are provided for informational purposes only. Dates are provided estimated on the best available information at the time.
b. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed of any changes to delivery timelines.
8. Order Fulfillment
a. Pre-orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received.
b. In the event that we cannot fulfill your pre-order, a full refund will be issued.
9. Product Availability
a. While we make every effort to fulfill all pre-orders, unforeseen circumstances may lead to product unavailability. In such cases, we will notify customers and provide options, including a full refund.
10. Communication
a. We will communicate important updates and information regarding your pre-order via the customer email provided at the time of purchase.
