Sales & Promotions Terms & Condition

These Terms & Conditions apply to all promotional offers, discounts, sales events, early access periods and gifts with purchase (together, the Promotion) run by Nikkia Joy Cosmetics on our official website. By participating in any Promotion, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Definitions

  • “Promotion” means any advertised sale, discount, early access event, offer, or gift with purchase, whether for a limited time or ongoing.

  • “Promotional Code” means any code, phrase or automatic discount applied at checkout as part of a Promotion.

  • “Qualifying Spend” means the order subtotal after any applicable discounts and before shipping and taxes.

  • “Gifts with Purchase (GWP)” means any free product(s) or bonus item(s) awarded when a Qualifying Spend is met.

2. Promotion Period

2.1 Each Promotion is valid only for the dates and times advertised on the Nikkia Joy Cosmetics website, email or social media.

2.2 We may offer early access periods (for example, for loyalty members) before a general or public sale begins. Access and benefits may differ between early access and general sale periods.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Promotions are available only on purchases made directly through the official Nikkia Joy Cosmetics website.

3.2 Unless otherwise stated, Promotions are for individual customers only and are not valid on wholesale or resale orders.

3.3 Certain benefits (including early access, additional rewards or targeted offers) may be available only to customers with an active NJC Beauty Club account who are logged in at the time of purchase.

4. Discounts & Promotional Codes

4.1 Promotional Codes must be entered at checkout before payment is completed.

4.2 Once an order has been placed, Nikkia Joy Cosmetics is unable to manually apply or adjust a Promotional Code.

4.3 Unless expressly stated, only one Promotional Code or discount can be used per order. Promotional Codes, automatic discounts and Beauty Point redemptions generally cannot be stacked.

4.4 Promotional discounts apply to eligible products only and do not apply to shipping charges, taxes or gift cards unless explicitly stated.

4.5 Promotional Codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit or other products.

5. Product Exclusions

5.1 Some items may be excluded from Promotions. Exclusions may include, but are not limited to:

      • Newly launched collections

      • Limited edition or special release products

      • Gift cards and e-gift cards

      • Selected sets, bundles or curated kits

5.2 Any applicable exclusions will be noted on the product page and/or promotional materials.

5.3 In the event of conflict between general promotional messaging and product-specific information, the information on the product page will take precedence.

6. Gifts With Purchase (GWP)

6.1 General GWP Rules

6.1.1 From time to time, we may offer Gifts with Purchase when your order reaches a Qualifying Spend.

6.1.2 GWP offers are strictly while stocks last. Once stock is exhausted, the GWP may be withdrawn without notice, even if the Qualifying Spend is met.

6.1.3 Qualifying Spend for GWP is calculated on the order subtotal after any Promotional Codes are applied and before shipping and taxes.

6.1.4 Gifts cannot be:

          • Exchanged for other products or shades

          • Redeemed for cash or store credit

          • Returned separately for a refund

6.2 Tiered / Stackable Rewards

6.2.1 Some Promotions may use tiered spend thresholds (for example, different gifts at different spend levels). These tiers and their corresponding gifts will be specified in the promotional materials.

6.2.2 Where it is stated that rewards are stackable, customers who reach the highest tier will receive all applicable gifts from lower tiers, subject to availability.

6.2.3 Where stackability is not stated, customers will receive the single highest tier for which their order qualifies.

6.3 How Gifts Are Added To Your Order

6.3.1 When your cart reaches a Qualifying Spend, a prompt may appear on the cart page inviting you to add your gift(s).

6.3.2 You must manually select and click “Add Gift” (or similar) and ensure the gift(s) appear in your cart or order summary before completing checkout.

6.3.3 Gifts are not added automatically. If the gift does not appear in your cart at checkout, it will not be included in your order.

6.4 If You Forget To Add Your Gift

6.4.1 If you forget to add your gift(s), you must contact us within 10 minutes of placing your order so our team can assist where possible.

6.4.2 After approximately 10 minutes, orders begin syncing with our warehouse system and may move into processing. At this stage, we are generally unable to change or update the order.

6.4.3 Where the Qualifying Spend has been met and stock remains available, we may, at our discretion:

          • Add the gift(s) to the original order if it has not yet entered warehouse processing; or

          • Arrange to send the gift(s) in a separate shipment, in which case the customer will be required to pay the shipping cost.

6.4.4 If the GWP has sold out, Nikkia Joy Cosmetics is not obligated to provide an alternative item, store credit or raincheck.

7. Beauty Club & Beauty Points

7.1 Customers with an active NJC Beauty Club account may earn Beauty Points on eligible purchases placed while logged in, in accordance with the program rules.

7.2 During certain Promotions, Beauty Points may:

      • Continue to be earned on qualifying purchases; but

      • Not be redeemable or usable in conjunction with Promotional Codes or sale pricing.

7.3 Any restrictions on the redemption of Beauty Points during Promotions will be noted in promotional materials.

7.4 Beauty Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for currency.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Order Adjustments

8.1 All returns and exchanges are subject to the Nikkia Joy Cosmetics Return & Refund Policy.

8.2 If a purchase was made using a Promotional Code or as part of a Promotion, the refund will be based on the amount actually paid for the item, not its full retail price.

8.3 If a Promotion included GWP or tiered rewards and part of the order is returned:

      • If the revised order no longer meets the Qualifying Spend for a given tier, Nikkia Joy Cosmetics may deduct the retail value of the gift(s) from the refund; or

      • The gift(s) may be required to be returned in unused condition with the rest of the order, in line with our Return & Refund Policy.

8.4 Orders placed during Promotions generally cannot be amended to add Promotional Codes or GWP after they have entered warehouse processing.

9. Fair Use & Misuse of Promotions

9.1 Promotions are intended for genuine consumer use only.

9.2 Nikkia Joy Cosmetics reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, refuse, or adjust any orders where:

      • There is suspected fraud, abuse or misuse of a Promotional Code or offer

      • Customers create or use multiple accounts, or manipulate order details, to bypass clearly stated limits (for example, “one use per customer”, “one gift per customer” or similar restrictions)

      • Promotions are applied in a way not intended or outside these Terms & Conditions

For clarity: unless a Promotion specifically states a limit such as “one order per customer” or similar, customers are welcome to place multiple qualifying orders and receive gifts on each order, provided all other conditions are met.

9.3 Where an order is cancelled under this clause, any payment received will be refunded in accordance with our standard procedures.

10. Technical Issues & Liability

10.1 Nikkia Joy Cosmetics is not responsible for technical problems that prevent a Promotion from running as intended, including but not limited to website outages, payment errors, connectivity issues or email delivery failures.

10.2 If a technical issue causes an incorrect price, discount or GWP to be displayed or applied, we reserve the right to cancel or correct affected orders. Customers will be contacted and may choose to proceed at the correct price or receive a refund.

10.3 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

11. Changes To Promotions & Terms

11.1 Nikkia Joy Cosmetics may modify, extend, shorten or cancel any Promotion at any time where necessary, for example due to stock availability, operational reasons or events beyond our control.

11.2 Changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed prior to the change, provided those orders comply with the original terms of the Promotion.

11.3 We may update these Sales & Promotions Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on our website at the time you place your order will apply to your use of any Promotion.
