Lifts and thickens the brows, and lasts all day (and night, I even wore it to bed) and not only this but it feels incredibly lightweight - like you're wearing nothing at all! It's honestly so good I just bought a stash for all my friends for Christmas. I also need to mention how great the NJC team is - in a world where customer service is dead, companies don't care any more and just want your money, NJC is the absolute opposite of this. I had a little issue when placing my order and NJC could have told me too bad, so sad but they didn't. They resolved it in less than 12 hours.
