What does my shipping rate include?
Standard $7USD - All orders are shipped out wit USPS First Class Mail. Items can be tracked by clicking the link on your order confirmation email. The estimated delivery time for Domestic U.S.A orders is 1-3 business days excluding any delays. For International shipments the estimated delivery time is 7-20 business days.
Free Shipping - The same Standard shipping service provided for free if you spend more than $50 total, after all discounts and promotions have been applied on products. The $50 free shipping threshold may change during promotions and sales.
Note - International shipments are subject to customs clearance. On rare occasions customs may delay the arrival of shipments by as much as 10 business days.
When will my order be shipped?
We ship on all business days and all orders submitted before 12pm CST will be shipped on the same day. Orders submitted after this time will be processed the next day.
Please note that during times of high order volume (sales, new product launches, new collection launches etc) this shipment time may be extended.

How do I track my order?
All orders are trackable via the USPS tracking page. Simply enter the tracking number received in your shipping confirmation email. For international orders, once your parcel leaves the U.S.A and lands in the destination country, it is then trackable with your national postage provider:

Standard and Free Shipping - If the estimated shipping time, as outlined above, has passed please contact us via the ' CONTACT US' page and we will be able to assist with located your order.
Incorrect Addresses & Unclaimed Parcels
Please be sure to double check your address when submitting your order as we ship to the exact address that is provided. If your parcel is returned to us due to incorrect delivery information you will be required to pay a reshipment fee to have your parcel delivered a second time. We are sorry but addresses are unable to be changed once your payment has been made.
All international shipments are subject to customs clearance and while most shipments clear within the estimated delivery times sometimes items are held for longer periods awaiting customs clearance. This is at the full discretion of customs and completely out of our control. This can delay deliveries by up to an additional 10 business days.
Nikkia Joy Cosmetics cannot take responsibility for any customs or import duty/VAT fees that may occur once your parcel reaches your country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the order directly to your country's customs service. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and as customs fees differ between countries we are also unable to tell you how much these will be. We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to ordering goods online, so you are not surprised by any unexpected charges.
If your parcel is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees:
- We can issue you a refund for your order minus the original shipping fee
- You can pay a reshipment fee to have your order redelivered

Please contact us within 5 business days if your parcel arrives damaged, so we can get in contact with our courier and delivery agents. Please photograph and keep all of the packaging, as the courier company will request to see evidence of damaged goods. Our friendly customer service team will assist you through this process.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Nikkia Joy Cosmetics takes pride in its stringent quality control procedures and strives to provide our customers with only the highest quality products. If however, you are dissatisfied with your products on arrival please contact us within 10 business day via the CONTACT US page on our website and someone from our friendly customer service team will assist you ASAP. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds/exchanges for change of mind returns.
